AN UFO (UNIDENTIFIED WINE OBJECT) AT CHÂTEAU SAINTE BARBE. The idea for this cuvée arose from the desire to share the bouquets of ageing from delicious vintages lying dormant in our cellars, while offering a touch of fresh fruit.
