This exceptional cuvée is highly confidential, with only 1,200 bottles produced each year. It comes from two parcels of Pinot Noir in Pouillon, where our family benefits from a sandy terroir that enables us to produce wines with ever-changing expressions. It reflects the relevance of Pinot Noir, the exciting organoleptic qualities of this grape variety that we love to work with.

Appearance
Old gold with light pink highlights. Good effervescence on pouring, forming a discontinuous cordon created by a permanent rise of fine bubbles.
Aroma
A beautiful impression of freshness emerges with notes of red fruit, evolving towards aromas of cherry and spice.
