Aroma
Intense aromas of dried herbs, subtle hints of thyme and exotic flavors such as pineapple, orange and passion fruit make this an accomplished, delicate wine.

Taste
On the palate, the attack is greedy and syrupy, with notes of honey and pollen. The nervous, taut finish reveals unique notes evoking minerality (flint), as well as hints of quince jam and discreet hints of bisque.
