This cuvée of Chardonnay from old Avize vines is made with no inputs other than Champagne grapes, using grape juice from the harvest for the second fermentation in bottle. Malolactic fermentation is complete. Rested on lees for a minimum of three years, it is stirred by hand. Not dosed, this cuvée contains 50 mg/liter of So2.
