Harvested at first light, this 100% Merlot wine was conceived with the arrival of Nina, the family's second granddaughter. Vinified without sulfur, it will macerate and then be aged in vats under carbonic gas for 3 months, giving it a round, fresh, sparkling finish that can be enjoyed from an early age.
