Assembly : 62% cabernet sauvignon - 36% merlot - 1% petit verdot - 1% cabernet franc. vinification : 35 hectares of vines grouped around the château. Manual harvest with double sorting. Traditional vinification with gentle extraction of grape compounds. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Gentle extraction. Aged in barrels for 12 to 16 months (one third new, one third one wine, one third two wines). TASTING : A beautiful ruby-red color with purple highlights. A predominantly woody nose with red fruit aromas complemented by roasted and cocoa notes. A fine, full-bodied palate with delicious aromas of fresh red fruit. a wine with a solid tannic structure, supple and round on the attack.
