The winemaker

Since 1844 our family is committed to take particular care to work his vineyards in the heart of each plot at the foot of each vine. Respect for the soil and vegetation, our field attaches to working the land and vines with a balance between traditional methods and new technologies. The broad principles of biodynamics are associated with viticulture for the work of the vineyard and the development of our Champagnes. With an average of 46 years, some of our plots are aged over 80 years, giving the heritage of our area and our Champagnes, exceptional quality. Jean-Roch Floquet, grand-son of Louis Dousset, now heads operations and implements both the conduct of grape growing that the assemblies of the wines of the house, looking in every moment the expression of the terroir and the consistent quality of Champagne Louis Dousset.
