A pure, precise bouquet of sweetly scented flowers (honeysuckle, lily), slightly tart red fruits (red currant, wild strawberry) and citrus zest (mandarin). This is followed by warm, deeply soothing notes, whose ripeness and smokiness recall the classic louis roederer heritage.Precision and purity are echoed on the palate: the crisp, ripe attack of pinot noirs from the south of cumières, accompanied by the almost tart freshness of chardonnays from the north of chouilly. After a few moments of aeration, a unique ensemble develops on the palate, with spherical reminiscences: scents of ripe, juicy fruit are weightlessly integrated into a texture that is both unctuous and fresh.
