    In a few words ...

This Champagne is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from a plot planted on the Coteaux d'Epernay. A typical, complex Champagne. A light wine with discreet bubbles that allow the wine to fully express its flavors. Delivered in a prestige wooden case, sealed with a wax seal: the ideal gift!

    Le vigneron

    Le vigneron vous en parle

This cuvée, which barely hints at wood, will be at ease in a variety of circumstances, as an aperitif of course, but also as an accompaniment to pan-fried scallops, lightly creamed white meats, fresh cheeses or, more simply, fine clear oysters. Alcoholic fermentation and aging in wooden barrels for 10 months. No malolactic fermentation

    Tasting notes

    Appearance

A clear, sparkling colour with numerous fine bubbles.

    Aroma

A fresh, elegant yet structured nose. Aromas of honey, acacia flower and vine peach. Then notes of redcurrant, menthol or star anise.

    Wine Floral | Smooth

    Taste

A supple attack on the palate: aromas of mango, honey, white cherry with a fine, saline finish.

Wine Long | Minéral | Souple
