Tasting notes
Appearance
The pure, brilliant color is straw-yellow with copper highlights. The fine, persistent mousse forms a lovely creamy cordon.
Aroma
The nose is mineral, sharp and slightly citrusy. Great elegance emerges from its expression after aeration. Iodized and empyreumatic notes are also present.
Taste
The attack is fresh and the wine's chiselled structure reveals a charming astringency. Fruits are present in the form of pear and quince. The finish is invigorating, persistent, complex and refined.
