Remarkable for its generosity and finesse, Cuvée Premier is a blend of several harvests. Classic and complex, it displays the characteristic style of the Arce Valley terroir. Its color is a bright, clear yellow, with numerous fine bubbles. The nose is expressive, elegant and fresh, with spicy and floral notes (lime blossom, acacia), mineral notes and white fruit aromas. Fresh attack on the palate, followed by harmonious development and fine finesse for an impression of length and tension. An excellent brut champagne from chassenay d'arce.
Created from a blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay, this cuvée has pleasant, straightforward, toasty aromas. On the palate, it's warm, full-bodied and long-lasting. "This wine is a real conversation piece," concludes one taster.
