In a few words ...
Blend: Dominantly Pinot Noir, 65%, combined with Chardonnay, 35%. Blend of several harvests. Vinification: Vinification in the pure Champagne tradition, with thermo-regulated regulated stainless-steel vats and par tial blocking of malolactic fermentation. Prior to bottling, 15% of the red wine made from grapes from our own vineyards. Cuvée Rosé matures in the cellar for 3 years. After disgorging, Cuvée Rosé Brut is blended at a dosage of 9g/l then rests for a minimum of 3 months in the cellar.

Appearance
The brilliant salmon colour gives life to a string of light light bubbles
Aroma
The nose is expressive, round, warm and flattering. It evokes notes notes of red and candied fruit, sweet spices and elegant aromas of violets.

The palate is supple and fluid, full-bodied and suave. The straightforward attack red fruits (blackcurrant, strawberry), expresses itself with great finesse.
