This cuvée is a blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir. A true flagship of the Maison Roger - Constant Lemaire, Cuvée Trianon combines the finesse of white grapes with the elegance of black grapes. Authenticity and terroir, this champagne is neither malolactically fermented, nor filtered, nor fined, and is aged with natural yeast for a minimum of 4 years.

Appearance
The color is yellow with light green highlights. The mousse is persistent and generous.
Aroma
The nose opens with notes of hazelnut, jasmine, mirabelle plum and lemon.
