"Served in its refined decanter-shaped bottle (and therefore by the glass to our tasters, to preserve anonymity), this blanc de blancs blends chardonnay from Mesnil-sur-Oger (grand cru of the Côte des Blancs) and Trépail (1er cru of the Montagne de Reims). With a low dosage, it seduces with its elegant bouquet blending citrus fruit with riper notes of yellow fruit, pastries and roasted coffee, and a touch of minerality. The palate, in unison with the nose, appears ample, round and long, balanced by a beautiful mineral freshness."
