This is followed by warm, deeply soothing notes, whose ripeness and smokiness recall the classic louis roederer heritage.Precision and purity are echoed on the palate: the crisp, ripe attack of pinot noirs from the south of cumières, accompanied by the almost tart freshness of chardonnays from the north of chouilly. After a few moments of aeration, a unique ensemble develops on the palate, with spherical reminiscences: scents of ripe, juicy fruit are weightlessly integrated into a texture that is both unctuous and fresh.
