This Rosé is the fruit of know-how and a specific bleeding method. This seductive cuvée is made exclusively with Pinot Noir from a single year and an old vine. Its intense color, obtained through cold maceration, accentuates its red fruit aromas (cherry, strawberry, raspberry). Its floral bouquet, notably rose petal, makes it a true rosé of character.
