A TASTY ROSE! Far from the beaten track of trés (too white) rosés, this is a rosé with surprising but not at all disturbing length. It's beautifully aromatic, with hints of nectarine and strawberries!

A surprising rosé with magnificent aromas of peach, raspberry and morello cherry. A truly ideal summer rosé for the aperitif, but also for the table, because it's so elegant!

This is one of the best rose wines I ever had. It is light and easy to drink, great for a warm summer dinner. Its color is more white than rose.

Beautifully aromatic on the palate, tasted with burrata pesto pasta, it adds freshness without overpowering the other aromas. Nice discovery

Nose: fresh and rather tense. A hint of minerality, followed by a greedy, floral, peony sensation. Palate: round and greedy on the attack, very well controlled. The structure broadens on the mid-palate, with a straightforward, well-balanced body. There's freshness and depth, with hints of grapefruit and redcurrants on the finish. It's a well-balanced, rather vinous rosé that's more suited to a meal than a "simple" aperitif (in my opinion). I like rosés that are airy, taut and mineral. This one has more of a richness, but it's very well done and keeps its freshness. It's so good! 14-14,5

Rosé wine discovered in a supplement to Le Midi Libre (AUBERT et MATHIEU). A light wine that just begs to be drunk. ( With moderation of course ). A superb aperitif. Too bad you're out of stock. But I really fell in love with this wine. Thank you to these 2 winemakers.
