Catherine Delaunay and her teams select the best free-run juice for each grape variety. Each wine is fermented separately in stainless steel vats, with perfect temperature control. The wines are then blended by Catherine Delaunay to create a rosé with balance and freshness. Finally, the wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
