Aromatic perfume of field flowers, pronounced fruitiness with a spicy aftertaste, full-bodied#.residual sugar:2.00g/l / acidity:4.30g/the extensive domaine paul mas estate also includes domaine caudeval in the 'côteaux-limousin' region. Of the 45 ha of vineyards, 11 ha are in the Limoux appellation, the remaining 34 ha are vins de pays d'oc. The estate was founded in 1802 and has always been known for its high-quality wines. Thanks to the takeover by jean-claude and michel mas, the level of quality has improved even further. Among the classic grape varieties, particular mention should be made of Sauvignon Blanc, which grows here in excellent quality.
