In a few words ...
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats for 15 days at a temperature of 17-18°C for 90% of the harvest, and 10% in barrels. The wine is aged for 5 months (10% of the harvest in French barrels: oak from central France, medium toast, fine grain). This ageing on fine lees is accompanied by regular batonnage.

A very good wine that goes well with seafood.
Also excellent as an aperitif with cochonnailles.
