The winemaker

David Landron couldn't have imagined himself as a winegrower, not as a whole, as a whole. Here he is, in the heart of the Muscadet capital, Vallet, on the Aufrère farm, which covers 130 hectares of mixed farming. With livestock breeding, market gardening, vineyards, bastides and produce markets, the farm is in the midst of an organic transformation: Valentin is a cattle breeder, Boris is a market gardener and David is a winemaker at the head of 4 hectares of Burgundy melon vines. He spares no effort to bring out his fresh whiteness in nature and intermingle with his peers.
