In a few words ...
Our first cuvée, Pouilly Fumé, is a blend of grapes from all our different terroirs. The harvest is sorted by hand. The juice begins its alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, using indigenous yeasts. This cuvée is vinified very simply, with the utmost respect for purity and fruit. No batonnage, no enzymage, just the quest for great drinkability!

A lovely greenish glow in its citrus color.
Aroma
Its clear, dense bouquet reveals lovely aromas of limes, maraschino, guavas, green apples and redcurrants, as well as a lovely tactile chalkiness.
