The history of domaine arnaud lambert is fairly recent, since even though it's a family business, the estate was only created some twenty years ago. Originally from Normandy, yves lambert decided to change his life and moved to saint-just sur dive in 1996 to create a wine estate: "domaine de saint-just". "when my father set up in 1996, there was nothing but a few vines. So he planted and bought a few, and he got some back from my mother's side, since they've been in a family of winegrowers for seven or eight generations. And then he built his winery, bought his tractors... all for ten years, from 1996 to 2005". During these ten years, Arnaud Lambert studied and gained experience in various regions of France. Armed with all this knowledge, he decided to return to work at the domaine with his father. The two men worked together from 2005 to 2011, when Arnaud took over the estate on his own, following the death of his father. For many winegrowers of the "older generation", the appellation is often seen as a single element that defines the characteristics of a wine. Arnaud Lambert, like more and more winegrowers
