ROMAIN DUVERNAY Châteauneuf du Pape BIO is vinified and matured on the estate of Christophe DE COURTEN, an organic winegrower who manages a six-hectare estate of ancestral terroirs in the appellation, some of whose vines are a hundred years old.Châteauneuf du Pape blanc is produced from organically grown grapes. Hand-picked in crates. Traditional vinification: gentle pressing followed by settling to clarify the must. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18°C max.
