In a few words ...
Gewurztraminer produces spicy white wines of character, highly aromatic and expressive, with typical notes of lychee and rose. Grapes are harvested at full maturity, when the berries are pink-gray in color. Rapid pressing, separation of free-run juice and press juice. Tight settling. Slow fermentation at 14°C to 16°C for 5 weeks. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.

Attractive, intense color with light golden highlights.
Aroma
Very expressive nose, exuberant, rich, powerful and intense. On the palate, an explosion of exotic fruits: lychee, passion fruit, pineapple or mango, followed by intense floral notes (rose) and spicy notes (ginger and white pepper).

Terroir Notre Gewurztraminer provient d’une parcelle de jeunes vignes située dans la plaine de l’Aude, au nord de Narbonne. Ce vignoble de plaine est situé sur l’ancien lit de la rivière Aude, sur un terroir limon-argileux avec beaucoup de graves.
