Une note beurrée et briochée se dégage lors du premier nez. A l’agitation, le nez est plus évolué et plus présent, avec des notes d’amande, de pain grillé, de cannelle et d’épices. L’attaque est belle avec une somptueuse fraîcheur et une élégante finesse.
Taste
La bouche est longue, nous retrouvons des notes d’amande et d’épices (cannelle), avec une pointe anisée. Belle harmonie.
