In a few words ...
Traditional vinification and maceration. No sulfur was added and the yeast did not produce any. Sulfur content is less than 10 mg/l. As sulfur protects the wine from oxidation, bottling was carried out quickly after vinification to protect the wine as much as possible. The synthetic cork provides additional protection for this delicate wine, limiting the exchange of oxygen with the wine.
