Sicilian white wine, made from 100% fiano grapes. 20% of the wine batch is aged for around 6 months in allier oak. The wine is a deep straw-yellow color with pronounced green highlights. The bouquet is intense and aromatic, with hints of white peach, grapefruit and tomato leaves. The taste is rich, elegant and lively, with a graceful structure.
