In a few words ...
The wine is deep, ruby red, harmonious and fresh, with aromas of cherry, blackberry, pomegranate and blackcurrant, light notes of toasted hazelnut and vanilla. The taste is balanced, soft, with fine tannins and a long, silky aftertaste. 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec, 80% Merlot. Sustainable viticulture, manual and mechanical harvesting, total destemming, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, use of sorting tables, pumping-over, ageing in new barrels, traditional cork, ageing in French barrels, clay-limestone soils.
