The flagship of the Warnet house, this cuvée named l'Héritage (formerly grande cuvée) reflects our know-how, handed down from generation to generation since 1696. Produced using only the first juice extracted, the purest juice from the pulp, rich in sugar and acids, it gives a wine of great finesse, subtle aromas, good freshness on the palate and a better aptitude for ageing. Its richness, based on the Chardonnays of our terroir, reveals an elegant harmony of flavors between citrus and ripe apricot. To sublimate our heritage, Warnet wanted a bottle that combined refinement and modernity. Transparent bottles were the obvious choice to showcase this extremely fine nectar. This exceptional cuvée will seduce you both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to your meals.
