The 4 hectares of east-facing vines at Les Chandelières (Menetou-Salon commune) were planted between 1975 and 1978, half with Pinot Noir and half with Sauvignon, on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone terroirs known as terres blanches. This cuvée is aged in 600-liter tanks for 18 months.
