Domaine de la jobeline - mâcon verze - en prévisy 2017le domaine de la jobeline is located in verzé a small historic village in the mâconnais region of burgundy. The maillet family traces its roots back 400 years to the burgundy region. The domaine was created in 2014 by pierre maillet, initially a member of a cooperative winery, with the aim of perpetuating the family heritage initiated by his grandfather. He owns 11 hectares of vines, situated between 250 and 380 meters above sea level, benefiting from a cool climate. Over the past 12 years, a restructuring and replanting project has been undertaken. On a day-to-day basis, the land is worked sustainably to maintain the living organisms and natural ecosystem present in the terroir. New rootstocks are planted in accordance with the results of physico-chemical soil analysis, clones are chosen according to the plot of land, and a few old vines from 1957 have been preserved. Vineyard manager laurent alexandre has worked with some of the most respected estates in the region.the mâcon-verzé « en prévisy » is élaboré à from chardonnay cultivated é à 360 mètres d'altitude o&eugrave; les grappes présentent une belle maturité. Half of the harvest is fermented in thermo-regulated vats, the other half in oak barrels of various types, with a regular tonnage of lees. The wine is leavened for 12 months before blending and bottling.cépage : 100% chardonnay
