In a few words ...
Straw color with golden highlights. Very fresh with floral notes. Tender, vinous, wonderfully balanced. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand to ensure optimum quality. The grapes are pressed pneumatically, so they are gentle. The wine is racked for 24 hours under refrigerated temperatures of around 15°c. Fermentation at controlled temperatures of around 20°c in stainless-steel tanks ensures optimal extraction of the grapes' aromas. Finally, the wine ages a few more months in the vats before being bottled at optimum maturity and released for sale. Labouré-roi was founded in 1832 as a family business, and has since become one of Burgundy's leading wine merchants. The company's headquarters are in nuits-saint-georges, where 1,100 barrels are stored in ideal conditions in the original cellars. A modern annex houses a further 1,300 barrels. In order to always be able to offer the best qualities of Burgundy, Labouré-Roi works in collaboration with a large number of estates and winegrowers. Around 80% of production is exported to over 30 countries worldwide. Labouré-roi enjoys an excellent international reputation. Allergene:enthält sulfite
