Color: deep, intense ruby red Smell: exquisite, fruity, spicy bouquet, with classic varietal aromas of ripe black fruits, blackberries, wild berry jam and fine leather notes Taste: pleasantly fruity: on the palate, a unique yet powerful elegance, with ripe, velvety tannins and a dreamy, long, persistent finish, with aromatic persistence of black fruits, spices and fine toasted notes the grapes are harvested at the beginning of May, immediately transported to the cellar, where they ferment for seven days at controlled temperatures (30°c). The wine is then left on the berry skins for several weeks to gently extract maximum color, aromas and intense tannins, before being carefully racked after a month's total maceration and aged for 18 months in French Nevers oak barrels (70% new) before finally being bottled in April.residual sugar:2.27 / acidity:3.22 allergene:enthält sulfite
