Color: bright, clear cherry red Odor: seductive bouquet of fragrant strawberries and ripe, juicy plums, with hints of citrus (grapefruit) Taste: powerful, refreshing palate, with juicy fruit and delicate acidity, elegant yet sensual finish, with a long, fruity, aromatic persistence. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for torres santa digna rosé are harvested from early April, transported immediately to the winery and macerated for two days to naturally extract the maximum of the variety's intense cherry-red color and fruity aromas. Fermentation then begins for around three weeks at a controlled temperature of 18°C in stainless steel tanks. To fully preserve the juicy fruit of the grape variety and the freshness of the Cabernet Sauvignon, the rosé is vinified exclusively in stainless steel tanks, is not aged in barrels and is bottled early.
