In a few words ...
Color: juicy cherry-red Fragrance: with an exuberant bouquet of blackberry and blackcurrant . mingled with slightly balsamic notes reminiscent of eucalyptus and underlying fruity nuances of mandarin. On the palate, elegant fruit dominates, with almost sweet tannins and finely spiced aromas of licorice, black pepper and clove. Aging in French oak also lends the wine delicate notes of toast with a hint of vanilla. Grapes harvested from mid-April onwards were fermented separately at 28°c for 7 days each, and left on the skins for a further month to extract tannins, colorants and aromas. The wines were then aged separately for 12 months in Nevers oak barrels, 20% of which were new. Once blended to form the final cuvée, they were bottled for a further 3 months before finally going to market. Allergene:enthält sulfite
