Vineyard in conversion to organic viticulture for 3 harvests. 39% 2019 harvest and 61% 2018 reserve wines. Vinification with partial malolactic fermentation, 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 30% in oak barrels with regular batonnage. Extra brut 4g/L
