In a few words ...
Rather vigorous, Mourvèdre is above all a demanding grape variety and a delicate grower. When vinified as a red, it produces very colorful, high-quality wines that are aromatic, tannic and structured, and suitable for aging. Vinified as rosé, it produces structured, complex wines. Rapid pressing to minimize color extraction. Tight cold settling for 48 hours to fix color and tannins. Fermentation for 1 month, then ageing in airtight stainless steel tanks for 3 months.

A beautiful, clear peach color.
Aroma
Expressive, intense, fresh nose with peach, citrus, aromatic (pepper, juniper, thyme, peppermint) and floral aromas.

Taste
Full-bodied and broad on the palate, with lovely tension and minerality (flint). The finish is round, floral (rose), spicy (ginger, peppermint) and long. A beautifully complex rosé wine!
