In a few words ...
This cuvée comes from a single chardonnay vine. Pure and straightforward, it's a beautiful blanc de blancs. Automatic inclined-plate press (PAI COQUARD). Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats Aged for around 24 months on laths in our cellars.
