Our saint véran - au champ liere - is produced on a 0.5-hectare, 20-year-old parcel of chardonnay. The vines grow on a gently sloping clay-limestone plateau with a westerly exposure. 100% chardonnay. Sustainable viticulture, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, ageing in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, ageing on lees, clay-limestone soils.
