The most sophisticated interpretation of this popular Margaret River blend. This blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon is produced from a selection of the best plots using modern winemaking techniques to develop a powerful, textured, complex wine.
Tasting notes
Appearance
Pale yellow in color, with light golden highlights, very bright and limpid.
Aroma
The nose opens with floral notes, followed by subtle hints of lemongrass, paw paw, lychee and pepper. The Sauvignon Blanc reveals blackcurrant buds and becomes more complex with brioche.
