This Sauvignon Blanc comes from old vines in one of the estate's highest vineyards, which has always produced fruit with concentration and excellent natural acidity. The wine is made using traditional winemaking practices and aged in French oak barrels for 8 months on lees.

Appearance
Light lemon yellow with green highlights.
Aroma
Intense nose with aromas typical of the grape variety. Very aromatic with notes of passion fruit, redcurrant, blackcurrant leaf and elderberry.
