The vineyards are located near the monasteries, chapels and pilgrimage routes. The tangible traces of spirituality and monastic culture are all the character of this area. The influence of natural elements including former and mineral soils, the landscape value of each vineyard, the climate and the close link with vegetation, is undeniable. Their viticulture wishes to convey the historical and cultural heritage of the region while seeking to bring out the elevations and landforms, rocks and slopes, light and the living elements of it. It is the identity of each site and each region that appears.
