In a few words ...
This wine is made from white Grenache, harvested by hand. The vines are over 40 years old and gobelet trained. They are planted on deep sandy soils in the Côtes du Rhône appellation. The grapes are pressed directly in a pneumatic press. Vinification begins in cold stainless steel tanks, then continues in barrels. For 6 months, the wine is aged on its lees in Burgundy barrels. 100% Grenache Blanc. Sustainable viticulture, manual harvesting, total destemming, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, ageing in oak barrels, ageing on lees, technical cork, siliceous soils (sand, gravel...).

The appellation Côtes-du-Rhône is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Château de Gourdon and its 0 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
