Appearance
Pale yellow with white-gold highlights. Good effervescence on pouring, forming a fine, continuous cordon.
Aroma
Fine and complex, with a rather discreet 1st nose blending fruity notes (citrus), then slowly opening up to floral and vegetal notes.

Taste
Well-balanced, combining liveliness and thickness with stone fruit flavors (mirabelle plum, quince). A finish reminiscent of the nose in terms of aromas, with good length.
