This cuvée - the heart of the range - has existed since 1978, the 1st year of the creation of the Crémant de Bourgogne appellation in 1975. Before that, the domaine produced sparkling wine, which is why we've named it Tradition. 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir. Sustainable viticulture, manual harvesting in crates, whole grapes, pressing, classic vinification, ageing on laths before disgorgement.
