In a few words ...
For these exceptional cuvées, our winemakers wait until the cool of the night before harvesting, so that the ripe, fresh grapes are brought to the press immediately. The result is top-quality, authentic cuvées, which we have quite naturally named "Vendanges de Nuit". This wine, made with 20% wooded Chardonnay and 80% unwooded Chardonnay, has elegant vanilla notes.
