Always on the lookout for the best, Bertrand-Gabriel Vigouroux was one of the first French winemakers to experiment with "integral vinification", i.e. vinification in 400-liter barrels on "rollers". The grape knows only one container: its barrel, from vinification to bottling. For the first time, this technology is an integral part of Cuvée Géron Dadine de Haute-Serre. The result is a wine of great finesse, where the wood spices melt into the fruit without dominating the wine. Cuvée Géron Dadine de Haute-Serre is a wine of great breed, to be reserved for special occasions.
