A bomb of aromatic complexity: mentholated notes, undergrowth, ripe fruit and even truffles. Wide temperature variations allow the grapes to ripen slowly. Hand-picked and sorted. Slow 3-week vinification and blending. The cuvée is aged in 1 white wine barrel for 12 months.

A wine of great complexity, with a woody nose and hints of blackberry and tobacco. On the palate, blackberry and black cherry return, but Ève-Charlotte's subtle acidity is due to the wine's ageing in white wine barrels. A very good wine that I recommend.

Another magnificent wine from this house, whose style I particularly appreciate: powerful, intense, rich in fruit and spices, and a long finish with astonishing freshness. It's both powerful and elegant. Both on the label and in the glass ;)
