Made from a blend of 3 parcels of vines, each with its own specific character: fruit, roundness and minerality... 100% Chardonnay. Sustainable viticulture, hand-picked harvest in crates, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, use of selected yeasts, second fermentation in bottle, ageing on laths before disgorgement, technical cork, clay-limestone soils, siliceous soils (sand, gravel...), silty soils.
